Terminos y Condiciones

1. Reservations and Confirmation

  • All reservations must be made through our official website, email, or at our offices in Cusco.
  • A reservation is considered confirmed once the customer has paid the required deposit, which is 50% of the total tour price.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date.

2. Payments

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, credit or debit cards, and cash payments at our offices.
  • All payments should be made in US dollars or Peruvian soles according to the current exchange rate.
  • Additional fees, such as bank charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If the customer cancels the tour more than 30 days in advance, 70% of the total payment will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days before the tour, 50% will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour.
  • In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, etc.), «The Insider of the Incas» reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. Partial refunds or rescheduling options will be offered.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper documentation (passports, visas, permits) and meet health requirements for the trip.
  • The customer is responsible for informing the agency of any medical conditions, allergies, or special dietary needs in advance.
  • The agency is not responsible for delays or issues caused by lack of documentation or relevant medical information.

5. Itinerary Changes

  • The agency reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen conditions such as weather, strikes, safety, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, alternative arrangements of equal value will be offered.

6. Travel Insurance

  • We highly recommend that all our customers purchase travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, evacuation, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events.
  • «The Insider of the Incas» is not responsible for accidents, illnesses, losses, or damages during the tour.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information provided by customers will be used solely for the organization and management of the services contracted. It will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent, except as required by law.

8. Complaints and Claims

  • If the customer has any complaints during the tour, they should inform the guide or agency representative immediately so that it can be addressed.
  • Any formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the tour’s completion.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By making a reservation with «The Insider of the Incas,» the customer agrees to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
