Ollantaytambo: The Living Fortress
After lunch, we head to Ollantaytambo, one of the best-preserved Inca towns. We’ll visit the impressive fortress, an important military, religious, and agricultural center. Here, you’ll learn more about Inca architecture and its unique construction techniques.
Moray: Inca Agricultural Laboratory
Next, we visit Moray, an incredible archaeological site made up of circular terraces that the Incas used as an agricultural laboratory to adapt plants to different microclimates. It’s an impressive visual and educational experience.
